Limited Time rebate offer: $20,000 Off Select New Homes – Avington Living Point Cook
Promotion Overview
This promotion offers a one-off $20,000.00 rebate on the contract purchase price of nominated homes at Avington Living Point Cook (“Offer”). The rebate of $20,000 will be applied as a reduction of the Purchase Price of the Home and reflected in the Settlement Statement and is not redeemable for cash or applied post-settlement.
For clarity, the $20,000.00 rebate is available on select homes at Avington Living Point Cook for contracts signed from 9:00am (AEST) on the 1st February 2026 that Settle on or before 30 June 2026.
The rebate will be applied as a deduction from the purchase price at settlement. This offer is subject to availability and applies only to eligible purchasers who meet the specified criteria. The rebate is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Promoter
The promoter is Hampshire (Avington) Pty Ltd (ABN 90 681 444 708) of 50 Saltwater Promenade, Point Cook VIC 3030 (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals who:
Enter into a binding contract of sale for a participating property at Avington Living Point Cook during the promotional period with the Promoter; and
Satisfy all conditions of the below Eligibility Criteria.
Employees, agents, or contractors of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this Offer, all the following eligibility criteria must be met:
A fully signed Contract of Sale must be executed with a deposit of at least $3,000.00 and Settlement of the Contract of Sale must occur before 30 June 2026.
The Offer applies only to select homes as nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion; and
The purchaser must acquire a new select home and lease the associated land under a site agreement with the Promoter; and
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, rebate, or discount which currently exists or may exist in the future; and
The purchaser must not be in breach of the Contract of Sale at any time.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences on 9:00 AM (AEST) on 1 February 2026 and concludes on or before 5:00pm (AEST) on 30 June 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
Rebate Details - The Offer
The rebate amount is $20,000.00 and will be applied as a reduction to the purchase price of the moveable dwelling purchased at settlement. The rebate will be reflected in the settlement statement provided to the purchaser. The rebate is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Conditions of Offer
The rebate is only available for select properties as determined by the Promoter. The rebate will not be provided if the purchaser fails to meet any contractual obligations, including settlement. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions.
Misleading or Deceptive Conduct
The Promoter warrants that all representations regarding this promotion are accurate and not misleading. Participants are encouraged to seek independent legal or financial advice before entering into any contract.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, provided such amendments comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of Victoria.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this promotion will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the contract of sale. Purchasers may also seek remedies under the Australian Consumer Law if they believe their rights have been infringed.
